來了雪梨一年多,終於有機會吃到排隊人潮永遠絡繹不絕的著名馬來西亞餐廳 - Mamak

Mamak 榮獲2009 & 2011 & 2012 Good Food Guide 一個『廚師帽』等級的殊榮。(澳洲當地以廚師帽來評鑑餐廳的等級,最高三個廚師帽。)

雖然 Roti Canai(抓餅)、Ayam Goreng(炸雞胸肉)、Satay(沙ㄉㄧㄝ)等主食沒有超乎想像的好吃,但是甜點 Sweet Roti(尖塔薄餅)真的有讓人驚艷到!

Since I came to Sydney last year I have never eaten in the Mamak Malaysian food restaurant which always takes time to line up. Today we have dinner together here.

Mamak was rewarded "one chef's cap" by the Good Food Guide in 2009 & 2011 & 2012.
(The chef's cap reward is the level to judge the good restaurant in Australia, three caps is the highest reward.)

Although we feel the main meals like Roti Canai, Ayam Goreng, Satay are not special. The dessert "Sweet Roti" is really fantastic!
