這是一個扭轉我對宿霧評價變好的景點，可眺望全宿霧市景與 Mactan Island 以及臨近的島嶼。真的是很美！

只是觀景台門票頗貴，一人100菲幣。

The tourists must visit this spot in Cebu Island - Tops, Busay Hills
This spot changed my judgement better as Cebu city, you can look out all views as Cebu City, Mactan Island and other islands nearby. Amazing！

The observatory park includes dining restaurants and a wish bell~

But the observatory admission fee is expensive, 100 pesos each person.
